I had a cozy stay at this hotel. The rooms, although a bit on the smaller side, were very clean and tidy. I loved the friendly service, but I think some modernization could enhance the overall experience. The location is fantastic for exploring and shopping, with a bonus of a pool table on site. The dining was satisfactory, offering delicious European dishes.

My stay at the hotel was truly a mixed experience. However, the service was lacking, and the location was great, within walking distances to Pleasure Beach and the Tower, with young kids. The dining experience left me wanting more, but the facilities were great, including a pool table within the B&B. The price was a bit high considering the location.

My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The room was excellent and clean, perfect for our Soul Weekender night on Friday, November 6th, 2015. We were pleasantly surprised by the bottle of prosecco and chocolates in the room, a lovely touch. Although we missed breakfast due to the late return from the Soul night at the Tower, the staff always greeted us warmly. Ideal for me, my partner, and our 4 children.
